Suzhou Emyms Medical Supplies Co., Ltd., founded in 2011 and located in Changshu, Suzhou — a renowned city in the Jiangnan region — specializes in high-end medical hygiene non-woven materials. The company is a modern high-tech enterprise integrating the R&D, production, and deep processing of medical non-woven fabrics with the manufacturing of medical dressing finished products.

The company operates over ten high-speed needle-punching non-woven production lines and wide-format high-speed spunlace non-woven production lines, supported by full-process production workshops for lamination, slitting, powder application, embossing, die-cutting, ultrasonic processing, and automated packaging — enabling independent production of core raw materials and a complete closed-loop industrial chain.

Main products include medical non-woven fabrics, premium wound care absorbent materials, orthopedic polymer splints, various bandages, padding, adhesive tapes, elastic bandages, and more. Products cover the domestic market and are exported to numerous countries and regions overseas.

The company has obtained ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. It has been recognized as a Jiangsu Province High-Tech Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative SME, Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Technology-Based SME, and Suzhou Green Factory, among other qualifications and honors.

2026

Green Factory & System Certifications

Certified as a Suzhou Green Factory. Completed ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. Added two wide-format high-speed needle-punching non-woven production lines and successfully passed Smith & Nephew's supplier audit.

2025

Equipment Upgrades & Overseas Expansion

Continuously upgraded production equipment with multiple new production lines added. Overseas markets maintained strong growth — Japan and South Korea operations remained steady, while Southeast Asian markets expanded rapidly.

2024

HQ Relocation & ISO 13485 Certification

Completed office area renovation at the new campus and relocated headquarters. Successfully passed ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System certification for the new facility.

2023

New Factory Completed

The new factory was completed with a total construction area of 32,000 sqm, including over 4,000 sqm of cleanroom space, supported by multiple new production equipment sets.

2022

New Factory Construction Launched

Acquired 26 mu of industrial land at Zhitang Industrial Park and launched the new factory project. Certified as a Jiangsu Province Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative SME.

2021

Multiple Honors and Recognitions

Recognized as a pilot enterprise for Informatization-Industrialization Integration Management System (AA Level), Jiangsu Province Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Workshop, and Suzhou Industrial Design Center, among other honors.

2020

Epidemic Prevention Production Lines

Launched melt-blown and mask production lines. Actively fulfilled social responsibility by donating materials to support epidemic prevention efforts.

2019

Annual Output Exceeds 100 Million RMB

Annual output surpassed 100 million RMB, receiving the Tax Contribution Award. The spunlace non-woven fabric production line was officially commissioned, further expanding the product portfolio.

2018

Work Safety Standardization Certification

Certified as a Level 2 Enterprise for Work Safety Standardization by Jiangsu Province.

2015

Factory Expansion

Acquired 10 mu of land and built two new standardized factory buildings, adding nearly 10,000 sqm of production space. Multiple advanced production lines were introduced, and annual output exceeded 60 million RMB.

2013

Jiangsu High-Tech Enterprise Certification

Certified as a Jiangsu Province High-Tech Enterprise (certification maintained to present). Annual output surpassed 30 million RMB in the same year, with steady business expansion.

2011

Suzhou Emyms Officially Established

Suzhou Emyms Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. was officially founded. Standardized factory buildings were constructed along with a nearly 1,000 sqm Class 100,000 cleanroom for Class I and II medical device production. Annual output exceeded 10 million RMB for the first time, marking the start of rapid growth.

2003

Founding of Lixin Non-Woven Fabric Company

Changshu Lixin Non-Woven Fabric Weaving Co., Ltd. was established. The company shifted its focus to medical non-woven materials, developing and producing non-woven fabrics for wound dressings, formally entering the medical and health sector.

1995

Founding of Xianglong Spray-Bonded Cotton Factory

Changshu Xianglong Spray-Bonded Cotton Factory was established, producing spray-bonded non-woven fabrics for garment filling and beginning the journey in the non-woven industry.
