9/20/2026Introduction to Cotton Spunlace Non-woven Fabric Technology
Cotton spunlace non-woven fabric uses natural pure cotton fibers. Through cotton opening, loosening, carding, web-forming and drawing machines, the pure cotton is arranged into a web. High-density water jets are then used to entangle the cotton fibers into fabric through the spunlace machine. From raw cotton to finished fabric takes only 5 minutes, eliminating the spinning and weaving processes of traditional woven fabric, reducing labor time, significantly saving energy, labor and equipment costs. It is a low-carbon, environmentally friendly process that reduces costs by about 30%, representing a world-advanced fabric formation technology.
